How Long Does Freight Delivery Take?

Freight orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday – Friday). After processing, freight shipments typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the freight carrier's schedule.

Orders placed after 11:00 PM CST (UTC −6) will be processed the next business day.

How Does Freight Delivery Work?

Freight delivery differs from standard parcel delivery. Here is what to expect step by step:

  1. Your order is processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Fairview, Montana.
  2. You receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
  3. The freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery appointment. Make sure your contact number is accurate at checkout.
  4. You must be present at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window to receive the shipment.
  5. The driver delivers the item to your curb or driveway — not inside your home or garage.
  6. Inspect the packaging carefully before signing the delivery receipt.

What to Do When Your Freight Order Arrives

Before signing for your delivery, please follow these steps:

  • Inspect the outer packaging for any visible dents, tears, or damage
  • If any damage is found, note it clearly on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take photos of any damage immediately upon delivery
  • Contact us at contact@fashodre.com with your order number and photos as soon as possible

⚠️ Important: If you sign for a delivery without noting visible damage on the receipt, it may not be possible to file a damage claim afterward. Always inspect your shipment thoroughly before signing.

  • Do not attempt to assemble or install a visibly damaged product
  • Fashodre LLC will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you

Can I Track My Freight Order?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the freight carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.

No. Freight delivery is curbside only — the driver will place the item at your curb or driveway. Fashodre LLC does not offer inside delivery or white-glove service at this time.

❓ Do you offer international freight shipping?

No. All freight shipments are within the contiguous United States only. We do not currently offer international freight shipping.

❓ Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
