The Whynter ARC-14S is a dual-hose portable air conditioner rated at 14,000 BTU (ASHRAE) / 9,500 BTU (SACC), sized for rooms up to 500 sq. ft. Drawing outside air for the condenser while exhausting heat through a separate hose makes it noticeably more efficient than single-hose portable units. Whynter, a US-based cooling brand since 2006, designed the ARC-14S/ARC-14SH series to install without any permanent modifications.
