Return Eligibility

You can return any item within 90 days from the delivery date. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective products in new or like-new condition.

All products sold on fashodre.com — including solar panels, home improvement products, and garden essentials — are eligible under this policy.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at contact@fashodre.com or call +1 (701) 491-5281. If your item is damaged or defective, include clear photos and a short description of the issue.
  2. Wait for Approval: We will review your request and send you return instructions along with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not ship anything back until you receive approval.
  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, use any trackable and insured carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.). A valid tracking number is required. For large freight items, we will coordinate the carrier pickup on your behalf at no cost.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (within 72 hours), your full refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

⚠️ Important: Do not ship any items back without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.

Refund Process

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Full refund including original shipping fees. No restocking fee.
  • Change-of-mind returns: Full refund of the item purchase price. No restocking fees. All return shipping costs are covered by Fashodre LLC.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  • Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us at contact@fashodre.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Based on the nature of the problem, we will work with you on the most practical resolution — which may include:

  • Sending replacement parts
  • Shipping a full replacement unit
  • Issuing a complete refund

Whether a physical return is needed will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated to you promptly. You do not need to return a damaged product unless specifically requested.
