Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse

Fashodre LLC reserves the right to refuse any order placed through our website. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing or shipping address.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address provided at the time the order was placed.

Fashodre LLC reserves the right to verify payment information before processing any order. Orders suspected of fraudulent activity may be cancelled without prior notice.

Pricing & Billing Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure all prices displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. The price shown at checkout is the final price you will be charged — no hidden fees, no surprises.

In the rare event of a pricing error or technical issue, Fashodre LLC will notify you before processing your order. You will have the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Payment Security

All transactions on fashodre.com are secured with 128-bit SSL encryption. Payments are processed through PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. Fashodre LLC does not store, access, or retain your full credit card number at any point.

After a completed transaction, we only retain your billing address, shipping address, order details, and the last 4 digits of your payment card for reference purposes.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge on your account, please contact us at contact@fashodre.com before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.

Chargebacks should only be filed for genuinely fraudulent or unauthorized transactions. Fashodre LLC reserves the right to investigate and dispute illegitimate chargebacks. Filing a chargeback for a delivered order without contacting us first may result in restrictions on future orders.

Order Cancellations

Once an order has been shipped, it is subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.
