Can I Cancel My Order?

How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the methods below. Have your order number and full name ready so we can locate your order quickly.

Act fast: Orders are processed within 1 business day. The sooner you contact us, the higher the chance we can cancel before your order ships.

What If My Order Has Already Shipped?

If your order has already left our warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. However, you can still return it under our 90-day return policy:

  • We will provide a free prepaid return label at no cost to you
  • No restocking fees — ever
  • Your full refund will be processed within 7 business days of us receiving the returned item

What If I Ordered the Wrong Item?

Contact us immediately at contact@fashodre.com if you realize you ordered the wrong item. If your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it and help you place a new order for the correct item. If it has already shipped, our 90-day return policy applies.

Cancellations by Fashodre LLC

In very rare cases, Fashodre LLC may need to cancel your order. This may happen if:

🏷️There is a pricing or listing error on the product

Refund After Cancellation

Once your cancellation is confirmed, here is what happens:

  1. Your cancellation is confirmed and you receive a confirmation email from Fashodre LLC.
  2. Your full payment is refunded to your original payment method — no deductions, no fees.
  3. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of cancellation confirmation.
  4. A refund confirmation email is sent to you once the refund has been issued.
  5. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
