Fashodre LLC ships across the contiguous United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1 business day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 11:00 PM CST (UTC βˆ’6) will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Freight Shipping β€” What to Expect

Some products β€” including solar panel systems, large garden structures, and oversized home improvement items β€” require freight shipping due to their size and weight. Here is what to expect:

  • Delivery Appointment: The freight carrier will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery window. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.
  • You Must Be Present: Someone must be available to receive the shipment during the scheduled delivery window.
  • Curbside Delivery: The driver will deliver to your curb or driveway β€” not inside your home or garage.
  • Inspect Before Signing: Always inspect the packaging for visible damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage in writing on the receipt before signing to protect your claim rights.

⚠️ Important: If you sign for a delivery without noting visible damage, Fashodre LLC may not be able to process a damage claim on your behalf. Please inspect all packages carefully before signing.

Warehouse & Dispatch Location

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Fairview, Montana, USA. Delivery times may vary depending on your location relative to our warehouse.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

We do not support multiple shipping addresses within a single order. If you need to ship to multiple destinations, please place separate orders for each address.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at contact@fashodre.com with your name and order number and we will investigate promptly.

Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to meet the stated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes during peak seasons
  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays outside of our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
